From July 1, 2020, if you fly to Spain from other countries, it is mandatory to fill out the Health Control Form (FCS) associated with your trip to present it at the Health Control of the airport of arrival in Spain.
This form will be available on a web portal www.spth.gob.es and on the SPAIN TRAVEL HEALTH – SpTH App, from where you can easily obtain your travel QR. This form is available in different languages ​​(Spanish, English, French and German). See the “Learn more about the new sanitary control process” section or the “ Frequently asked Questions ” FAQ for further assistance.
In the case of travel by sea, this form will be delivered, on paper, by the shipping company during the trip or upon arrival at the port of destination in Spain. At the moment there is no obligation to present this form when traveling to Spain by land.
DO NOT TRAVEL if you have recent-onset COVID-19 compatible symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath), have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or have had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last two weeks.
